Foundry Row Nutrition, LLC runs steelpowercaps.com and this page explains, without legal padding, what we collect and what we do with it.
Information you hand us
When you order, you give our checkout your name, shipping address, email address, phone number and payment details. When you email or call support, we keep that correspondence so the next person who reads your file has the context. That is the whole list of what you actively give us.
Information collected automatically
Our server logs record IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use aggregate analytics to see which pages are read and where visitors stop reading. We do not build advertising profiles about individuals and we do not sell data.
Card details
Card numbers are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection. Foundry Row Nutrition, LLC does not see, hold or store your full card number or security code at any point. We can see the last four digits on a transaction record, nothing more.
Who else touches your data
Only the parties who have to: the payment processor, the carrier that delivers your parcel, the fulfilment team that packs it, and our email provider. Each receives the minimum needed to do that job. We do not rent, sell or trade customer lists.
Order and shipping emails are transactional and go to every customer. Marketing email is opt-in only and every message carries a one-click unsubscribe that we honour immediately.
Cookies
We use functional cookies to keep your basket working and anonymous analytics cookies to count visits. Blocking cookies in your browser will not stop you reading this site, though checkout needs the functional ones.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] and ask us what we hold on you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. We reply within 30 days. Some order records must be kept for tax and chargeback purposes even after a deletion request, and we will tell you when that applies.
Children
This store is for adults. SteelPower is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
