SteelPower refund policy

This policy applies to every order placed on steelpowercaps.com and is the written version of the 60-day guarantee shown on our product pages. It is written by Foundry Row Nutrition, LLC, the seller of record.
1. The window
You have 60 calendar days from the date the carrier records your parcel as delivered to request a refund. Requests are timed by the date of your email to us, not the date your parcel reaches us.
2. What is refundable
The price you paid for SteelPower bottles, in full, whether those bottles are sealed, opened or partly used. Digital bonus material is not returnable and is not deducted from your refund. Shipping charges paid on a two-bottle order are not refunded unless the order was damaged, incomplete or incorrect.
3. How to start a return
Email [email protected] from the address used on the order, quoting your order number. We reply with a return address and an authorisation number. Parcels sent back without an authorisation number can be delayed because we cannot match them to an order.
4. Return postage
The customer pays return postage. If we shipped the wrong item, a damaged item or an incomplete order, we cover the return cost and reship or refund at your choice. Use a trackable service and keep the receipt.
5. Processing and timing
We process approved refunds within 3 business days of your parcel being scanned into our warehouse. The refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank typically posts the credit within a further 3 to 10 business days. We cannot refund to a different card or to a third party.
6. Repeat requests
The guarantee is intended for men trying SteelPower in good faith. We reserve the right to decline a refund where the same customer or household has repeatedly ordered and returned, or where an order was resold.
7. Orders not placed with us
SteelPower is sold only on steelpowercaps.com. We cannot refund, replace or verify bottles bought from a marketplace, an auction site or any third party, because those bottles did not ship from our warehouse.
