Using steelpowercaps.com or ordering from it means you accept the terms below. They are between you and Foundry Row Nutrition, LLC, Boise, ID, the operator of this store.
Who can order
You must be 18 or older and ordering for yourself or as a gift, not for resale. SteelPower is formulated for men and is not intended for women, minors or anyone under medical treatment without their doctor's knowledge.
Prices, packages and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown per bottle and as an order total before you pay. Every order is a single charge for the package you selected. There is no subscription, no auto-ship and no rebill. We may change prices or retire a package at any time, but never after you have paid for it.
Product information and health claims
SteelPower is a dietary supplement. Statements on this site describe support for normal function and have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease, and nothing here replaces advice from your own doctor or pharmacist.
Availability and errors
We try to keep every package in stock and every figure accurate. If a pricing or typographical error affects your order, we will contact you before shipping and either honour the correct price with your agreement or cancel and refund in full.
Shipping and risk
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, because the carrier network is outside our control. Our shipping obligations, claim handling and reship rules are described on the shipping page and form part of these terms.
Refunds
The 60-day refund policy is part of these terms and is published in full on the refund policy page.

Text, images, page design and the SteelPower name are owned by Foundry Row Nutrition, LLC. You may quote a short passage with a link back. You may not copy this site, clone its pages or use the SteelPower name to sell anything.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
